I've been to one Rewire mini-session at Point Dume in Malibu. We scrambled over seaside rocks, ran along the beach and rappelled down a cliff. There's something so much more enjoyable about challenging yourself and pushing your limits outside of a typical gym setting that it's hard to describe. A little bit of adventure, a lot of challenge and a completely Rewired outlook on life and health.
