MAC was my very first auto shop experience. I am a female and usuallly we get ripped off, however, Richard, definitely DID NOT take advantage of my ignorance. He included other minor repairs for free as well and even assisted me with my car rental. About 2 months later I needed his services regarding one of the original repairs and he immediately accomodated my schedule and repaired all plus another free-bee for me. Amanda (his office manager/secretary...etc) is very sweet, polite, professional, and patient.
Pros: great work, reliability, responsibility, Amanda
Cons: Richards unfriendly demeanor, waiting area is not comfortable
