I called into intermezzo to pickup 5 coffees as we were in a hurry. I was assured it would be ready in 10 minutes. Upon arrival I was directed to two separate bar areas and no one seemed to know where I could pick up my drinks. I finally was told the bartender just put in my order ""For MY convenience so the coffee could remain WARM"". Ater delaying me further by 15 minutes they handed my my coffee. Upon checking the coffee's they were all missing the main ingredient Butterscotch. I went back to talk to the manager, who promptly gets into a yelling match with the rude disgruntled employee who makes the drinks. The employee screams that there is no more butterscotch - why she failed to let me know before I paid $5 for each drink I have no idea. But the manager tells her to make me a comparable drink to which the employee refuses and delays me by another 20 minutes. I used to love to go here because of the quality of the product/drinks but the service is starkly lacking and the level of incompetence and insubordination is unbelievable. Do not go here if you are expecting an overall pleasing experience.
