I have no idea what the other ""reviewer"" here is talking about, because my experience with this company has been wonderful. It looks to be a fake posted by someone at some other company. In any event, this company is honest, professional, and offers a multitude of worthwhile programs for people and businesses who need help with their taxes. They filed back returns for me, they negotiated a liveable repayment program and stopped the garnishment of my wages and my bank accounts. They were also able to reduce the penalty charges on my bill. I am now done with the IRS, once and for all.
