I am extremely disappointed in my last experience here. I've been to this spa a few times, so this was not my first experience. I made an appointment for a facial. When I showed up a week later for my appointment, they didn't have me in their books. Instead of apologizing and offering another service and anything else, they basically told me it was my fault they couldn't find me in their books and that I was basically out of luck. They asked if I'd like to make another appointment for a facial another time. Absolutely not! How would I know if that was was mistakenly taken off the books? I got no apology and no compensation or a good will gesture. I will NEVER go here for anything again! Cons: Horrible staff more
