We took our 07 VW Rabbit to them from relatively minor body work (hood, front fender, bumper, radiator, etc.). After a bit more than 2 weeks - they would continually tell us that it was 'almost done'. They kept discovering parts that they didn't get though they claim they ordered them (they have a serious problem with not inventorying parts that come in - otherwise they would catch this up front, not when putting the car back together).
Pros: Quality of work, friendliness of staff
Cons: Inaccurate time estimates, awful inventory control
