My wife heard about Rich through a family friend and in turn hired him for our wedding on their word. This was the biggest mistake of our wedding. He was slow and didn't get many shots that would have been so cute yet was busy taking pictures of people on their cell phones. He was not the friendliest person by far and made people uncomfortable. I highly recommend hiring someone else and feel free to e-mail me because there is alot more I can tell about his lack of professionalism I am still waiting for my albums so I don't want to go to in detail but will through email
