There is no customer service at Hannelores. They are so nice when you first come in, but after you order with them, they change. My bridesmaid dress came in. I went for 4 fittings. Every time I went in, there was a problem....from having stains on the dress, to snags, an alterations issues. They blamed ME for the snags on the dress. They blamed ME for the alterations saying my body was crooked. Come to find out, not only do I supposedly have a crooked body, but 2 other bridesmaid do to! WOW! They are all about the money. That is all they care about. Please don't give this shop the honor of your business.
