i was referred to dr.flowers after a year of not being able to hear. he did some really scary procedures and diagnosed me with a cholesteatoma and said he would need to surgically remove it. iwas very scared because this was my first surgery ever after he completed my surgery he came back in the room to talk to me and apparently doctors dont ever do that. he also called that night to make sure i was doing ok. i think he is a very knowledgable kind man and i would recommend him to anyone. he also went on trips around the world to help other children with their cosmetic problems like clef pallets for free.
