Prior to joining Muscle Mechanics last year, I had difficulty staying on a consistent workout plan and felt like I was ""spinning my wheels"" at the gym with very little to show for it. My personal trainer, Brandon, has developed a customized training program based on what I need to work on and that is always evolving as I get stronger and more physically fit. Moreover, we are able to accomplish more in a single 30 minute workout at Muscle Mechanics than in an entire month working out at my old gym on my own. Brandon is also able to tie in weight training with cardio and nutritional advice in order to most effectively accomplish my health goals.
