I've used Tom for several years for all kinds of home appliance repair. I don't even remember how I found him, but I'm really glad I did. He is always so accommodating on day and time and is always there when he says he will be. He is so honest about what the repair will cost and whether the item should repaired or not. He is now into the second generation of our family when it comes to our appliances. I wouldn't call anyone else. Tom is a rarity.
