I love Tracey, she is an awesome stylist. I just moved to Chicago and have lived in NYC for a while. I am glad I found a salon where I can get a good haircut for a very good price. The only complaint I have is the customer service when you call in. They are extremely rude. So be prepared for rude people on the phone, but great service when you go there. \r
