After a plumbing problem the carpet cleaners were sent to my apartment. While they were here my iPod disappeared. I was out running errands and my son had let them in. Afterwards I found out that the service is contracted and not bonded. Town Center office staff told me that's why they suggest renter's insurance. I do have the renters insurance but the iPod is worth less than the deductible so I'm out of luck. They do not intend to do anything about this and intend to keep using the same company.
I have also had a bike stolen off of my patio and CD's stolen out of my car which I did not report but now wish I had.
There are lots of maintenance issues. Sometimes they will come the same day and sometimes it takes several calls. Pest Control is the same way. Sometimes they will come the same week and maybe they won't come at all.
Office staff will not actually do much except tell you they will send someone out or that they will have someone call back but that doesn' t happen. Management is conveniently unavailable.
I would not recommend this complex. I suggest Bala Woods instead.
