Oh my gosh this place is great for shoe repairs! I bought a pair of gray suede Steve Madden boots and had only worn them once before my pitbull decided to have a go on my heels. Sadly I couldn't find the boots at any stores in the area so I tried this place with low hopes of finding someone capable of repairing them. I dropped off my boots and less than a week later picked them up and to my surprise I couldn't even tell which boot my dog had chewed. I am now a faithful customer....speaking of which my dog has chewed another heel of mine and I am going to go there again to get it fixed.
