Never thought I'd get up at 5:30 AM to be at boot camp by 6:00 AM and enjoy it! Sean is the best at motivating you and getting you to like the early morning run (which I used to hate). He mixes up to program so you don't get bored. He's tough but he's really a sweetheart :). I feel stronger and more energetic and I know I'll achieve my fitness and nutritional goals. And the comraderie is great! Best yet, we start on time and we end on time.
