This place must truly be going out of business. I was really in the mood for a steak but was reluctant to spend $40 on a piece of meat on which the reviewers labeled as disappointing. I will skip over the salads which were in fact just as I expected, marginal. I ordered the cured meats pizza, my fiance ordered the lasagna. All I could do when her dinner arrived was try to talk her out of eating it. It looked like it had been sitting in the fridge for 3-4 days uncovered, then a quick shot in the microwave, and then on through the broiler. Freshly made lasagna, does not look stale, crusty, gray, and mushy. The pizza slices were average size, slightly smaller perhaps, yet I couldn't even hold them with two hands. The ""crust"" was sagging through my fingers like some 2nd grade science project. I love floppy pizza that needs to be folded but this was concerning. I put it back on the plate and, grabbed another set of silverware and cut away what I would say was mostly cheese and no crust. After the first bite I found myself looking up at the ceiling trying to figure out what could possibly taste like this. The crust talked like wet sandwich bread that had soaked in oil. The meats were too salty, the cheese to proccessed, and the peppers tasted more like olives. Weird is the best way to describe it. The reaction to the dish across the table was similar. The noodles in the lasagna were dry and crusty, there was no riccotta, it was more like a meat only lasagna. My girlfriend likened each bite to eating a hamburger. I likened it to trying dogfood for the first time. \r Concerned for our health, we had the plates taken away after only the first 1-2 bites. We gave the waitress polite but honest feedback on the food and she apologized. The manager took off the two entrees we did not eat so I appreciate that as well as the friendliness of our waitress. \r \r If you do go, I suggest stiicking to the liquids and nothing that comes out of the kitchen. Pros: Comfortable Chairs Cons: Terrible Food more
