I called PC Palz after my computer was infected with a virus and prevented it from staying booted up. They were able to recover all of my data (old email, pictures, iTunes, etc) and had me back up and running as if nothing had happened. The technician was very profesional and was able to answer my questions in layman's terms. I've already referred them to my father instead of having him sign-up for Dell's extended support.
