The service is horrific.. I've been to a ton of restaurants in NYC and this is THE WORST SERVICE EVER. We had a 25-ppl b-day party?reserved and confirmed SEVERAL MONTHS IN ADVANCE. When I called ahead, their so called person in charge, Judy, said everything was ready-- b-day candles, menu, etc. When we showed up, nobody wanted to talk to us-- they looked at us as if we were thieves of criminals. The day before Judy said I can bring one acoustic musician. On the morning of the party, I called again to confirm, she said OK. So my musician came, but now Judy said liver music was not allowed. I wasted the money by paying a musician who was not allowed to play! It took forever for food and drinks to arrive. Judy said most of the waters did not show up. They promised us absolute vodka, but when we asked for drinks-- which took even longer to arrive than the food, they said they did not have the vodka they promised to serve. At the end, I asked them to give us a candle in a dessert, but Judy said there were no candles she said THE DAY BEFORE the candles are available. The tea and coffee were never served, but were paid for. Neither A SINGLE waiter nor Judy even once came up to our table to see if we needed anything. We constantly had to walk up to the bar/kitchen and request what we needed. The drinks tasted like water. Finally, someone left their cell-phone and scarf in the restaurant-- we were moving around so much, we could not keep track where we left things. They told us they never found either a phone or a scarf. I know 100% that the person who accidentally left her cell phone and scarf there-- definitely left them there-- as she made her last call that evening from the restaurant, and she came there wearing the scarf. The staff is rude, incompetent, SUPER-unprofessional, and simply stupid.. We were stupid enough to give $40 tip to Judy who actually RUINED OUR EVENING.\r
