NEVER EVER USE THIS BODY SHOP AGAIN!!!!!! The person I dealt with is named Chris Pak and I have never been treated so beyond poorly by anyone. I was involved in an accident and they did not do a COMPLETE THOROUGH job in fixing my car and they had to keep it there longer AFTER they said it was ready. So I had to re-rent the rental and he SPECIFICALLY told me that it would all be covered and it wasn't because of his FAILED ATTEMPT to figure out what was wrong and so I am left with the bill from the rental car. I then called him and said that he was the one that told me that it would get taken care of. Instead of treating a customer right he yelled at me and said ""he was not taking care of this dogshit!"" and hung up on me. NEVER EVER USE THIS SHOP!!!! GO TO MARINA AUTO BODY instead!
