My wife and I travel through the beautiful Columbia River Gorge to visit our daughter and our new grand baby on a regular basis. I like to find interesting places to stop along our travels. We love to find those little hole in the wall places and that is what we thought we found when we came a cross the Pacific Crest Pub & Hostel.\r

Boy was i wrong. I'm a retired executive and my entire career I have have believed in the importance of good customer service. This is something frankly that the Pacific Crest Pub & Hostel doesn't have. The food was ok and the atmosphere was nice, but the people were rude the bartender was incredibly inconsiderate to my wife...it upsets me to think about it again.\r

I will be telling my friends, who travel through the area,not to go here and i hope the people who read this don't go here either. My wife and I were offended!!!!
Cons: Poor customer service.
