I have to strongly disagree with curious cook. I8 Seaboard is by far the best restaurant in Raleigh for food, decor, and service. It is the ""total package"" restaurant. I have dined there several times and am blown out of the water each and every time. In fact, it is the place I go to entertain all my clients. I have also celebrated two birthdays there. The wine list has a wide range of choices to best fit your personal palate and the food is always spectacular! Not to mention the sinfully delicious desserts. I8 Seaboard has proven to be an excellent place to dine over and over and has yet to disappoint!
Pros: food, wine, service, ambience, VALUE
Cons: it can be hard to get a reservation due to high demand...great with seating walk-ins though
