I have been a restaurant owner in Las Vegas for 18 years, and have owned many brands of equpment and have used many service companies in the area in that time. For the past 14 years or so, I have used Sunrise Refrigeration almost exclusively for service, and have bought ice machines (Ice-O-Matic), and refrigerators, freezers, and deli cases from them (True Manufacturing).\r

To sum it up: American-made products at a great price, great service after the sale, family-owned with great attention to customer satisfaction.
Pros: Local family-owned, American-made products, fantastic service during and after sale.
Cons: None that I can think of.
