Last week, I got one of the best facials of my life from Nellie at Evolution. Prior to then, I'd just gone to her for brow waxing, tinting and eyelash tinting (all of which I *highly* recommend). However, I'm very picky about my skin and it's been dry and very sensitive since winter started this year. Nellie was very patient listening to my concerns and had great suggestions. She has a very good touch about her and my skin never felt pulled or ""handled"" like some other facials I've gotten. I left the salon feeling very relaxed -- money well spent. (I was at two holiday parties over the weekend and was happily suprised by the compliments I got on my skin.) My overall visit was very relaxing. She has a very quiet, private room set off from the main part of the salon -- it feels very much like a high end spa (but without all the uptight snobbery). Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, too. And parking right next to the building was a bonus -- much easier that other places downtown or in Uptown.
