I lived at Barton Springs for almost 2 years and loved it. It is locally owned and has a real sense of community. The units are very nice inside. My apartment had hardwoods, new cabinets and granite counters. My maintenance requests were always handled quickly. My only complaint would be that sometimes the area can get hectic during big events at Zilker etc. However, I loved having the hike and bike trail at my doorstep.
