I love Edo's. Authenically grilled over a Habachi..if you order California Rolls/Spicy Shrimp Rolls and a Loveboat for two people - you will be absolutely stuffed to the brim for under 35. I love this restaurant...its one of Memphis' Best kept secrets. The sacari sauce - which they put on shrimp is yum..its melts in your mouth. I have eaten lots of sushi and theirs is the BEST. Prepare to wait 20 minutes on weekends because the patrons fill up the cozy restaurant. I have eaten there since 1989 - and will not go to another Japanese Rest. to be disappointed. They have Japanese Beer which is pretty tasty with Sushi. Their chicken is charcoal broiled...their rice doesn't stick together. Their sauces are secret recipes - ignore the bad review that somebody wrote...this place is my favorite. NUFF SAID\r

If you want good rolls go to Mortimer's..you can't beat their rolls or seafood - its on Perkins at the Expressway...its cozy also with a fireplace.
Pros: great parking, when they aren't too busy ..up to 12 people can sit together w/reservations
