I was wondering why toscana across the street was packed while palmeri was empty. I decided to try it anyway. While the food was tasty there meals are skimpy and more the size of appetizers. If you are hungry and want a meal don't go here. This is the type of place you leave and then want to go order a pizza afterwards because you are still hungry. I know it's hard economical times right now..but come on..i'm not paying this restaurants bills to get a couple skimpy pieces of pasta. I will never go back to this restaurant. The other italian restaurants in the neighborhood like La scala give your Real portions. And the chef is a cocky middle easterner who told me to go across the street to the restaurant toscana after i complained. Good business guy.. i give this restaurant 4 months. I'll laugh when i see that it's closed.
Pros: good tasting food
Cons: meals are skimpy portions and are not worth the money. The meals are like appetizers
