Since it's a chain, I assumed the food and service would be about the same as every other one I've eaten at. Wrong....the service was horrible, like no one wanted to wait on us. After the third waitress came by, they finally took our order...took forever to get our food, and it was cold. Sent it back and after five minutes under the heat lamps, they brought it back. Horrible experience.....
