I started working out and training with Leon Miller in late September of last year. After only 2 months of working out with him twice a week, I'd gone down 2 jean sizes! Continuing to work out once a week with Leon and two or three times a week on my own, I lost over 2 sizes over the next four months! Leon even helped me lose weight - and fat! - over the winter holiday season! Leon is a great motivator and coach. I'm really glad I found him and so is my husband!
