When you enter Cafe Sam, you are greeted by an improvised bar meant to relieve you of a few dollars while you wait. There is no bar tender, just one person shared between the hostess stand and waiting tables. You won't feel comfortable there either, it?s not a quiet place but right in the middle of the hallway.
