I use to take my family to this place because they were one of the few studios that still used film. I have never been a fan of their service but enjoyed a few of their photographers and knew they made my son comfortable.
This Christmas was the final draw. The photographer we liked did great but the sales staff and owner gave me hours worth of excuses why there computers wouldn't work and left the room pretending there was no issue. I waited for fifty-five minutes...yes I was counting. I noticed the photographer asked why it was taking so long to show us her work and the owner snapped at her. I felt so badly for her. Here this girl spent extra time trying to please me and my family and now she was being scolded for reasons out of her control. On top of that, the prints had these horrible lines through them the owner claimed the print quality was new and of the highest quality. I would rather spend the hour waiting for the film than spend my money on her cheap current services. My home printer could make better prints then her so called professional studio.
I believe you give to those who are desrving. I think her staff works hard but I would never give somebody like her my money again.
Its afordable but you get what you pay for.
