After a day on the hill my wife and I ducked in to Covered Bridge Coffee, opting to give a local our business rather than Starbucks across the bridge. There were two kids and one older woman (owner, maybe?) working the counter and we were the only customers in the cafe. After standing at the counter for a full minute until I was acknowledged, service was clueless and surly to say the least. I was overcharged for my order, and when I pointed it out, I was STILL given the wrong change plus some snarky attitude. And this was from the older woman whom I assume was the owner! After this rub, the cupcake and hot chocolate sucked!!!
Pros: close to bridge street
Cons: surly and clueless service, sub-par product.
