I was looking a tree pruner at this store. Unfortunately, they only have one left, which had a missing part inside the package. I asked this old sales man whether they have another new one. His answer was ""We need to sell this one before we can order a new one"" and with a very bad attitude. His attitude was like ""buy it or leave it"".
