As I walked in, I was greeted by the young lady in the front and was directed where to go for the buffet. The line for the buffet was also long, so I figured the food must be good. I thought, ""nicely greeted, long line- this lunch should be good."" Little did I know, the food was just OKAY and the service ended up not being what I had thought. The sesame and general joes were both soggy- not fresh and crispy like I remembered years ago. I asked if anymore would come out and the lady that stands at the buffet area said, ""soon"" but by the time it came out, we had to leave. I also overheard the buffet-lady speaking rudely to another customer, which I felt was inappropriate. Maybe there was a language barrier, I don't know. The service went from what I thought was ""friendly"" to Rude!
