We got windows from remodel america 1 1/2 years ago. Our electricity bill was supposed to be slashed by 49% or you get $500.00 back. Went to Electric company because they said I needed to prove it, got paperwork and sent it to remodel america. Then they wrote back saying I needed something showing Killowatts usage, so I got that sent that in, been trying to get $500.00 for 3 months now. First they said check would be mailed November 15, then they said it was in the mail, been talking to Atlanta and they said they would handle it. Been days, now tried to call and mailbox is full December 23, 2008. They do not stick with the 49% pledge.
