A few months ago, Greg went above and beyond when he came out to fix my window, even vacuuming out the broken shards of my old window from my otherwise filthy interior. Today, when it turned out that one of the parts was defective and the new window came off the track, he came and fixed again quickly and completely. Highly recommended for speed, ethics, and customer service.
