I and my husband have both been burned by using 1-800-FLOWERS. They do not research the florists and blindly send your order to the closest one. The quality of the arrangements and vases vs. what we paid were WAY off. We did NOT get what we paid for. I suggest asking someone instead of using them to find a florist.
Pros: They delivered in a timely manner.
Cons: Floer and vase quality were poor compared to what was ordered and paid for.
