Simply put: S&S Tree Service, Inc. (in North Tonawanda) was responsible for over $3,000 in damage to my yard and has, to date, refused to pay for the damage.
They disregarded all efforts to contact them with the end result being a court case against them. Even after we won the case, they still have not paid. (Note: In NY, winning the case does not guarantee collection.)
