This is the worst taxi experience I've had in my life. Roads were iced over it's below zero and I am stranded at Safeway with my two small children and three huge shopping bags. The taxi driver (huge) shows up opens the trunk and stands there watching me load the bags in and does not lift a finger to help. He does not know where he's going and is rude when I'm trying to chat with him on the way. He complains because it's about 2 miles farther than I indicated. He gets his girl underwear in a snit (yes I am certain he was wearing them) when he has to drive up the hill to drop me off. He then tells me he will only accept cash which I have none (no he did not tell me that when I entered the cab). I offer plastic & a check he says he cannot accept either. He then tells me his debit card machine is down which is why he can't take plastic (is that my problem?) I tell him then he has to take a check then he questions what if it bounces then he'll ""take it up with the state of oregon"". Then tells me to make the check out to him because ""he's the owner of the company"" wow - really impressive dude! Then asks for my ID and then for my year of birth because he can't read my license. Then of course he opens the trunk and leaves me to struggle with lifting all my bags out and carrying them up the hill to my house. DO NOT use this cab. The driver was extremely RUDE and the whole experience was terrible!
