Olin Mills customer service is awful. I had an appointment at 4:30pm, the worker told me to sign my name and go wait because there was someone ahead of me. I had arrived at the same time as the people ahead of me, and their appointment was at 5pm. I didn't realize those were the people ahead of me until she started doing their pictures. I left and went to Wal-Mart. Now, I have been trying to get ahold of the manager for a refund (I had pre-paid for the package) and she will not return my phone calls. The worker was not professional AT ALL, and the manager must not be much better!
