This managment company is horrible. Part of the reason I moved out of my building was due to the poor service and managment skills at Edel Mgmt. It took me 5 months to get my security deposit back after I moved out!!! And I had to call the office multiple times to follow up and ""remind"" them that I was waiting on $2,500+ of previously deposited cash - extremely unprofessional. The receptionist who answers the phone at the office is rude, places you on hold multiple times, and gives very short answers in a voice that makes it sound as if she is annoyed by the caller for asking her questions in the first place (ridiculous).
