The best thing that I ever did was booking my family's vacation with Tramex and not online. With all of the airline and hotel problems that we encountered, I only had to call and e-mail my agent Viji (the best) to get us out of several jams that would have ruined our week had I had to call directly to the 800 numbers myself. She must have a direct line to the everyone's head problem solver from the way that everything was fixed in a jiffy, and with apologies from all and not grudging snarliness. Great job Viji!! Thanks.
