I was given a gift certificate for a mani/pedi to Polished and decided to finally see what this place was all about. Upon walking into the salon I was pleasantly surprised. It is very pleasing to the eye. It would be a great place for a girl's day celebration. Fortunately, I called ahead to find out if they took walk-ins, and found out that I had to make an appointment. I was told the services I received would take about an hour and a half and they were right on target. ""Pinkie"" performed both my mani and pedi and I loved it and her service. Let's see how long it lasts. This is a great place to get your nails serviced if you live in the area and plan your schedule in advance. The only negative experience I had was when the owner walked in. She rarely smiled ( in fact almost looked upset) the entire time, and did not greet me. She only spoke to what I assume were ""regular"" customers. I've decided that I will only return for special occasions. There's no need to pay THAT MUCH for a mani/pedi on a regular basis.
