I went in to get a price to have a new plastic nose bridge, and she took my glasses to the back to ""see if they had have any"" came back a moment late with piece installed and charged me $50.00. I was appalled. When I said take it off, she refused and said if I did not pay she would call the police and not return my glasses. I paid and returned home, looked up on line and nose pads come in packages of 20 for $5.00. By the way, I was never rude and never raised my voice, her behaviour was unkind and bulliing.
