We recently moved from Boston and from start to finish this was an awful process which continues today. The estimate of our stuff was short by a mere 30%, which ended up costing us a fortune which we weren't planned for. Second the packing was a disgrace, just throwing stuff in random boxes with absolutely no regard. They also left items behind with no apology and took twice as long as quoted to finish the job. The only thing accurate was our move in day, but they broke the frame of our couch and have ignored our claim for a month now, even though the movers recorded it. Please don't make the same mistake we made, there are better, even more affordable options.
Pros: The agent was nice at the in home estimate.
Cons: He was a typical salesman who didn't give a damn after he made the deal.
