After looking for a long time, I decided to buy a clearance sofa at Michael's. I paid for the sofa, shipping and tax, and was told it would be delivered in 48 hours. WELL, in 48 hours, the movers showed up with a completely DIFFERENT sofa.. a cheap, ugly, decrepid sofa. I was appalled. Three days before Christmas and they pulled a bait and switch. NOT OKAY. When we phoned the store, they said they sold OUR sofa to someone else, that they forgot to remove the tag. The salesman we dealt with was LESS than friendly, he was impatient and rather rude. We will NEVER shop there or EVER recommend this place to anyone. Good luck if you go to them, you might wind up with something completely different in your living room!!!!!
Pros: nice furniture at great prices
Cons: they didn't deliver what we paid for
