Everyone who worked there looked like they were still in high school. The reception was neither friendly nor reassuring. I signed up for three playtimes a day and the way my dog acted when I picked him up seemed as if he hadn't had any attention at all. He immediately had to whizz and dump as soon as he was outside as if he hadn't been outside all day. Messed him up for weeks.
