In response to the negative comment posted by jwangbmw guy, (John Wang) I would just like to say he is completely wrong about his claim that they sold him a 2008 bike. The bikes he was sold are in fact 2009 bikes. This has been explained to him several times by both the shop and the manufacture but John just won't listen to the bicycle industry proffesionals. I've known Allen for a while and I think he and everyone else at Cycle Logic provide some of the best customer service in the industry.
