After a plumbing problem the carpet cleaners were sent to my apartment. While they were here my iPod disappeared. I was out running errands and my son had let them in. Afterwards I found out that the service is contracted and not bonded. Town Center office staff told me that's why they suggest renter's insurance. I do have the renters insurance but the iPod is worth less than the deductible so I'm out of luck. They do not intend to do anything about this and intend to keep using the same company.
