While I believe that the staff and Dentists are very highly skilled and generally very likable people, it pains me to see how "corporate" this practice is. It is obvious that volume of patients is a priority--everyone seems to be in a rush and instead of calm, face-to-face interactions, the staff is barking at each other over the headsets. Generally it feels like the personal touch is lost at the expense of "efficiency".
