I'd love to have a great eating establishment to go to locally in Newtonville, the town needs a place that is reasonable, fun, has good food and pleasant service. Ariadne is currently not the place. Historically the food has been good, and even excellent at times. However have found that the food has dropped in quality and for the pricing is not up to par. The service is lacking and personally witnessed an extreme lack of attention and bad attitude to customers. This has been taken to extreme at times where the wait staff is serving themselves food and drink before tending to dining customers.
The location is not easy and am sure can be slow at times, but that doesn't make poor service, OK food, and an overall bad time acceptable.
Pros: no wait to get in
Cons: once you get in, may not enjoy
